Temporary Change to Clinic Hours
Please note that Professor Pai will be on leave from 10 February 2026 to 10 March 2026. During this period, the clinic will be operating at limited capacity, aligned with Dr Jeyachandran’s appointment availability. Due to reduced hours, telephone availability will be limited.

Opening Hours
We are currently open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 7pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 12:30pm. Please note that these hours are subject to change based on our psychiatrists availabilities. During times of high demand, we will occasionally open on additional days where needed.
Due to our limited opening hours, it is often difficult to get through to us via telephone and we request that all inquiries be made via our email. Any urgent issues will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
Directions and Parking
We can sometimes be a little hard to find. The best landmark is the yellow Japanese restaurant, called Roppongi. Right next door to Roppongi is the United Services Union office, which is at the front of our building. Just walk down the tiled walkway at the side of the building and we are the last door on the left.
Paid street parking is available on Market Street out the front of the clinic. Otherwise, paid parking is also available in the Coles underground car park underneath the Wollongong Shopping Mall. Free all day parking is available a short walk away on Denison Street or the perpendicular streets.
