Prof. Nagesh B Pai
Professor Nagesh Pai is a consultant psychiatrist and clinical academic with a special interest in, Youth and Adult Psychiatry, Defence and Veterans Mental health and Old Age Psychiatry. He has extensive experience in Schizophrenia and mood disorders, and trauma related disorders.
Nagesh completed his graduate medical degree (MBBS), at the Kasturba Medical College (Manipal Academy of Higher Education ). He completed his psychiatry training in the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Bangalore obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma and Doctor of Medicine (Psychological Medicine). He subsequently completed a Diploma of National Board, Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training in Psychiatry, U.K. ( General adult Psychiatry) and International Distinguished Fellow of American Psychiatric Association. Nagesh immigrated to Australia in 2005 and has since worked in both public and private settings, including the Older Persons Mental Health Team, as Sector Director, Adult Psychiatry and is a visiting consultant to South Coast Private Hospital.
He has held senior Academic roles since the beginning of this century including Foundation Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Wollongong, Professor & Head of Psychiatry at Nitte University and has been an adjunct Professor at Manipal Academy of higher education and SRM University and Devaraj Urs Medical College to name a few.
He held a number of roles within the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists including Post Graduate Site coordinator of Training, academic member of Substantial comparability pathway for overseas trained Psychiatrists and training, Examiner, Chair, Faculty of Adult Psychiatry, NSW and member of Military, Veterans and Emergency Services Personnel Mental Health Network etc. He is the member of section of Schizophrenia and Psychiatry, Medicine & Primary Care section of World Psychiatric Association. As an active Researcher, he has published extensively and invited speaker at various International conferences. He is the winner of several awards, Fellowships of professional bodies and on the reviewers board of scientific psychiatric journals.
Dr. Ganesh Jeyachandran

An enthusiastic and conscientious psychiatrist with broad-based psychiatric experience from well-structured training programs. He has excellent and wide clinical experience, especially in community psychiatry, ability to manage all complexities with confidence and a particular interest in bipolar disorder. He has also got excellent experience in managing neurotic spectrum disorders and their psychological impact as well as personality disorders. He has the ambition to promote and maintain physical health monitoring for those on psychotropics and a strong passion for teaching. He is known for having excellent and cordial relations with colleagues and patients.
